For Chef Sully, burgers and fries are more than a meal, they’re a lifelong passion. After earning his culinary degree in 2010, he honed his craft as a chef for over a decade, always dreaming of opening his own place. Between shifts, he devoured cookbooks, road-tripped to burger joints across the country, and studied the secrets of great burgers. That dream became Sully’s Gastroburgers & Fries, where he’s redefining burgers and fries with health forward cooking, high quality ingredients, and classic techniques, bringing Omaha a burger experience born from years of dedication and heart.
